As a Customer Service Representative at Ezypay you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative (CSR), you will provide provide superior customer service to attract and retain customers.


What are we looking for

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a software/technical helpdesk, service desk or contact centre environment
  • Ability to support a variety of start times (shifts can range from 5am to 5pm KL time)
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong administration and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience using customer service software/ ticketing systems or CRM (Zendesk desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills – the ability to be empathetic, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious.
