The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and managing a small team, this exciting, hands-on opportunity plays a pivotal role to drive brand affinity, revenue & loyalty in our chosen markets through the development and implementation of our marketing strategy.  

What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a high achiever, creative thinker that is detail orientated and self-motivated. This critical position requires a candidate with a blend of B2B marketing strategy, execution, analytics, and project management expertise. To be considered your background and experience will meet the following requirements;


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant fields;
  • At least 8 years’ in B2B generalist marketing experience, across:
    • Partner/ Channel Marketing 
    • Brand Development 
    • Campaign Strategy
    • Comms/PR
    • Events
    • Digital ;
  • HubSpot CRM experience 
  • Experience in leading and managing a team;
  • A consultative, positive, and cooperative approach to stakeholder engagement;
  • Experience in technology companies, ideally in the FinTech space; and
  • Confident and result driven with effective time management & prioritisation skills
